Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

My new favorite pizza place. Ordered on StanleyCup night because everyone was busy, and like that they're on GrubHub. Pizza delivery was quick and fantastic. Lots o cheese, flavor, and perfectly toasted. New favorite. Can't wait to try the ribs.

Very bad experience here, last night. I was waiting for some kid, who was obviously training, to complete entering my order, then for kitchen to prepare it. I had two sick toddlers at home and was still on duty at work so after placing my order, I tended to my tasks on my phone. As I was leaving, before the door shut, I heard the manager make some unprofessional and uncalled for comments to the staff, who roared with laughter. Clearly, my bring on the phone during my wait was offensive or highly humorous to him. He said, (Laughs from kitchen) "I was like get the f-ck off your phone!" He was speaking of how hastily he bagged and put my order on the counter as if to my being quietly engaged on my phone caused him trouble. I am VERY offended at his lack of professionalism and respect. I'm not sorry that I put my family am x job over my take-out order at local pizza-joint Mr. Pizza Place Manager. What a poor example you are for the teen who was training to take orders. Apparently, he was in such as rush to get me out of there that the kids' nuggets burned a hold through the styrofoam container and the nuggets were very dry and hard by the time I got them home. (Round of applause). Shameful. I'm never coming back.

We enjoyed our pickup experience at Mugs. Girls were friendly at the front counter and hockey was on the tv. I had the chicken parm sandwich which I enjoyed. I also got a slice of cheese for the kid and I. He devoured his which is a rarity at times. Overall, we liked it. Good spot. Give them a chance.

Not a good start from a customer service point of view. I ordered over $50.00 of food. The ribs were the most disappointing of all. I order a full slab. The top and showing half slab of a decent quality though the second half had to come from leftovers of a half slab order and was fatty, small and uneatable. I did however like the taste of the sauce. I thought I would give them a second chance and called the next day to order dinner again. I have been in Buffalo Grove over 20 years and spend $1,000 to as much as $1,500 a month just on takeout food. (Yes busy and lazy at times). When I called to order, I started explaining my issue with the ribs and was transferred to the manager. After explaining the poor quality of the ribs and that I was giving them a second chance and that I order out a real lot (Dengeos, Wildfire, Real Urban, Lou's(love them all), and most every local establishment I was expecting a new restaurant would offer at least the same if not even more customer service than the others. Whenever I had issues with my order at the four above mentioned they would always offer to send new food ASAP, credit me for my next order and have even sent me a complete new order with all food fresh and warm! I got nothing but - oh well I will check that out in the future, instead of - oh what are you ordering tonight and let me send you a half slab to make up for your bad experience last night, but nope, nothing to show concern or to make up for bad quality of food. In my opinion, a few more reviews like this and getting steam here in Buffalo Grove may not happen. I did notice at your other locations bad reviews dealing with customer service and phone clerks also. I did however take the time to call the Arlington Heights location and asked for the name and number of the owners and was told they could not do that but that one of the owners were coming in that night and they would give my message and phone number to the owner. Of course, I never received a call, so maybe customer service comes from top down. I did give them a day and the owners a day to respond before writing this poor review.

Great food for the price. I got the rib tip dinner with au gratin potatoes. The food was ready pretty quickly for a Saturday night. David the owner greeted me as I came in and the food was ready to go. The rib tips were comparable to other BBQ quality places. The sauce was plentiful so no extra needed. The au gratin was fresh and not over baked nor did it come with requirements for me to cook it at home. Also, got an order of chicken fingers for the kids. All of this for under 17 bucks.

Great pizza and fast delivery! Especially love the margherita pizza! They have gotten the order right every time and even have called to confirm special instructions when I've ordered via GrubHub.

I tried the pizza-excellent-the beef sandwich was good. I plan to try other items and will post reviews as I go. I don't understand the business hours at this Buffalo Grove location: 3pm-3am?. I would think more practical hours: 11am-12am? Those hours capture the lunch-dinner and late night eaters. Not sure how 3am close works in this area. This review is from Mike B. I live approx 1 mile from Mugs
